What it is.
Cutlery is where single-use products are judged. A fork has to cut and lift hot food without softening, bending or splintering, and it has to feel solid enough that nobody picks up a second one to reinforce the first. Material and cross-section carry that — a thin fork in a good material and a thick fork in a poor one both fail, differently.
Ranges and formats are matched to the service setting: what works for a food court is not what works for airline catering or for a delivery bag that has to carry cutlery, napkin and sauce together.
